I was recently asked why I switched from using blogging software to a WIKI, my friend said "Why make it a wiki if you are not going to let other people modify the content?".

Well it made sense to me to swith to the WIKI software because I wanted an easy way to start archiving my notes and images, and I also wanted an easy interface for adding articles (blog entries). So when I researched what software to use, I found that a wiki basically did everything I wanted it to.

According to wikipedia what I am doing is called a Bliki , so I guess I am not the only one to come up with this idea =).

I have tried traditional blogging software, even wrote my own at one point, and I never could find anything that really suited me. But after working on an internal WIKI for my work, I realized how perfect a WIKI program would be for keeping a blog. So here it is.. my first BLIKI.
